To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including, but not limited to, perishable goods, custom-made products, and sale items. Gift cards are also not eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. Provide your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your items back to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, usually within 7-10 business days.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product or a different size, please indicate this in your return request email. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
